Payment Refund Policy for Ektow
At Ektow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a refund policy as follows:
We will accept returns of products in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. We will issue a full refund for the price of the products, but we will not refund the cost of shipping and handling.
If a product is found to be defective, we will replace it at no additional cost.
