• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Items that are damaged, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for exchange.

• To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Exchange Process

• You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
• After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your exchange.

4. Exchange Timeframe
